Chemtrade releases aroma chemicals against both analytical specification and organoleptic evaluation, and retains samples for reference. For repeat customers we hold the approved batch as the working standard so subsequent production is matched against it.
Yes. Chemtrade signs a non-disclosure agreement before any technical discussion. Fragrance and flavour formulations are among the most sensitive material we handle, and a customer's formula is never used for our own products or shared with any other customer.
